Maximum gross income must be at or below 50% or 60% of AMI (Area Median Income) limits per household size, depending on the unit designation. Minimum income is twice the monthly rent per unit size unless the tenant has a Section 8 voucher or can otherwise demonstrate the ability to pay rent. A credit check will be performed at the time of application. Credit checks are performed for all residents, including housing history. Section 8 vouchers are accepted and welcomed.
