The CHIP Housing Educational Success Scholarship Application is Currently Closed

CHIP is committed to creating affordable housing and nurturing communities. We believe that by creating strong connections and offering resources, we can help our residents achieve their educational goals and build brighter futures.
The CHIP Housing Educational Success Scholarship awards $500 to eligible CHIP residents, homeowners, and individuals who are currently attending or will be attending a trade school, community college, or four-year university. A $250 award is available for GED applicants.
Applications are currently closed but will reopen in late fall 2025. If you have any questions, contact us at scholarship@chiphousing.org.
Scholarship Eligibility Requirements
- Must live in a CHIP rental property or self-help home (proof of residency will be required)
- Must be currently attending or will be attending a trade school, community college, or four-year university OR applying to take the GED test (proof of registration will be required)
- Must complete brief essay response and scholarship application (can be submitted in person or online to scholarship@chiphousing.org)
- Applications must be turned in no later than April 17th, 2026
