Eight Families Receive Keys in Cottonwood

COTTONWOOD, Calif. — Eight families became new homeowners on Thursday, Oct. 4, as they moved into their brand new homes, thanks to a non-profit corporation called "Community Housing Improvement Program," also known as "CHIP."
