Brickyard Creek Apartments is a 92-unit complex comprised of studios, 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments. This apartment community is conveniently located near public transportation, an elementary school, and downtown Red Bluff. Features of this community include an on-site manager, a community room with a computer lab, a kid's playground, and 24/7 laundry facilities.

Additional Information

Total maximum gross income for all adult occupants must be at or below 30% of state median income limits per household size. Minimum income is twice the monthly rent per unit size unless the tenant has a Section 8 voucher or can otherwise demonstrate ability to pay rent.

Section 8 vouchers are accepted and welcome. A credit check and criminal background screening will be performed at the time of application review.

The amenities include an on-site resident manager, a community resident volunteer, a community room with computer lab, monthly resident services, a kids' playground, assigned parking, two outside designated smoking areas, two on-site, coin or prepaid card-operated laundry facilities, and a 24/7 property surveillance system with on-site, nightly security patrol coming soon.

For 2025, monthly rents at move-in are : $431 (Studio), $450 (1 BR), $547 (2 BR), and $630 (3 BR). Section 8 voucher recipients are accepted and welcome with recipient rent based on income.

This 92-unit complex staffs a full-time resident property manager, a full-time assistant property manager, a full-time maintenance technician, and a part-time roving maintenance technician, and is made up of studio, 1-, & 2-bedroom 1-bathroom apartments, and 3-bedroom 2-bathroom apartments. The apartments on the second floor can be accessed by stairs. For those with mobility accommodation needs, first-floor apartments can be requested and are subject to availability. Average waitlist time is 8-24 months and varies based on unit size.
