This apartment community is conveniently located near public transportation, an elementary school, and downtown Red Bluff. Features of this community include an on-site manager, a community room with a computer lab, and a playground on-site.

Additional Information

Maximum gross income must be at or below 30% of State Median Income limits per household size. Minimum income is twice the monthly rent per unit size unless the tenant has a Section 8 voucher or can otherwise demonstrate ability to pay rent.

Section 8 vouchers are accepted and welcome. A credit check will be performed at the time of application.

The amenities include an on-site manager, a community room, monthly resident services, and a great location with nearby public transportation, elementary school, and downtown Red Bluff.

For 2024, rents at move-in are $420/month (studio), $445/month (1 BR), $535/month (2 BR), or $620/month (3 BR). If a tenant receives a Section 8 voucher, rent is based on income. Section 8 vouchers are accepted and welcome.

This 92-unit complex is made up of studio, 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments. The apartments on the second floor can be accessed by stairs and the apartments that have two stories have staircases within the apartments. –Accessible apartments for those with mobility apartments are available on the first floor upon request.
