Campbell Commons Apartments is a 56-unit complex made up of furnished studio apartments and one manager unit. The property serves single-person households.

Conveniently located within walking distance of downtown Chico, this property also provides the convenience of coming furnished. Each studio apartment comes with an extra-long twin bed with storage underneath, a 5-drawer chest, one table with two chairs, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a built-in 2-burner electric cooktop.  

Named After Kevin Campbell, one of CHIP’s founders, this property honors his dream for low-income people to have decent, safe, and affordable housing.

Additional Information

The amenities for this apartment community include an on-site manager, two community rooms (one with TV viewing and reading area and the other with a pool table and snack machines), and furnished apartments.

Rent is $423 per month. If a tenant receives a Section 8 voucher, rent is based on income. An $800 security deposit is required. Payment plans are available for a security deposit but at least half must be paid at move-in. Section 8 vouchers are accepted and welcome.

This two-story, 55-unit apartment community is made up of all studio apartments. The second floor can be reached by the staircases around the building, or by elevator. The building can only be entered with a key, mailboxes are conveniently located inside the building, and a resident parking lot is available.
