Creekside Place Apartments is a 101-unit senior complex made up of 1- and 2-bedroom apartments. This new apartment community benefits from being near bus lines, Little Chico Creek Elementary School, Marsh Junior High School, and CHIP’s Murphy Common Apartments.

Additional Information
Household size between 1-3 persons for 1 bedroom and 2-5 persons for 2 bedrooms. All households must have at least one member who is 62 or older. Total household income must be under 30% or 50% of AMI, depending on the unit available. The Housing Authority of Butte County (HACB) conducts initial screening for voucher eligibility. Then applicants are referred to CHIP to complete the application process. A credit check will be performed at the time of application.

This newly built apartment community offers a dog park for all our four-legged residents, large community room with kitchen , fitness room with a treadmill, stationary bike, and recumbent bike , bocce ball court , community garden with raised and in ground beds, tool shed, and composting bins that is shared with CHIP’s Murphy Commons Apartments , training room/computer lab, indoor bike storage with a bike repair station, two private meeting rooms, two laundry rooms, and a carport.
Rent is based on a percentage of adjusted gross income. Security Deposit is $600-$1,186 for one-bedrooms and $706-$1,408 for 2 bedrooms, depending on the unit’s AMI designation. Payment plans are available for a security deposit but at least half must be paid at move-in. There is an additional $200 Pet Deposit as applicable.
This 101-unit apartment complex has three floors and is made up of 1- and 2-bedroom apartments. The second and third floors can be reached by stairs or elevators. Some accessible apartments are available for those with mobility, hearing, or visual impairment. On-site parking is available for residents and visitors.
