Maple Park Senior Apartments is a 35-unit complex made up of 1- and 2-bedroom apartments. This centrally located apartment community has the benefit of an on-site manager, resident services, and a community meeting space. 

Because all units have a Project-Based Voucher, applicants must first apply to the Regional Housing Authority for eligibility determination. For more info, please call the Housing Authority at 530-671-0220.

Additional Information

The amenities include an on-site manager, monthly resident services, a community room, an on-site laundry facility, and a convenient central location.

Rent is dependent on each resident’s household income because all units have Project-Based Section 8 vouchers.

Must be 55 years of age or older and income must be at or below 30%, 40%, or 50% of AMI (Area Median Income), depending on the unit. All units have Project-Based vouchers through the Regional Housing Authority. A credit check will be performed at the time of application.

This 35-unit apartment complex is made up of 1- and 2-bedroom apartments. There are stairs and an elevator to grant access to the second and third floors. A resident parking lot is available.
