Additional Information
Minimum income requirement is twice the monthly rent, unless an applicant has a Section 8 voucher or can otherwise demonstrate their ability to pay rent. Gross household income must not exceed 30%, 50% or 60% of AMI, depending on unit designation. Housing history and credit history will be checked for all applicants. A credit check will be performed at the time of application.
Rent ranges from $312- $974 depending on unit size and AMI designation. If a tenant receives a Section 8 voucher, rent is based on income. . We welcome Section 8 Vouchers.
Amenities include an on-site manager, a community building with a full kitchen, built-in BBQ and picnic area, and an outdoor play structure. Unit amenities include full kitchen with range, dishwasher and stove, microwave, washer and dryer hook ups, private patios or balconies, monthly resident services and outdoor storage units.
This is a 50-unit rental housing development that is made up of 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments. The 2- and 3-bedroom apartments are all single level units and with stairs on the exterior to get to the 2nd and 3rd floor units. A resident parking lot surrounds the complex for free resident parking.
