Additional Information
Eligible tenants must have a minimum income: of twice the monthly rent (unless the tenant has a Section 8 Voucher or can otherwise demonstrate their ability to pay rent). Maximum income is 30%, 40%, 50% or 60% of Area Median Income, depending on unit designation. Section 8 vouchers are accepted and welcome. A credit check will be performed at the time of application.
The amenities include on-site laundry facilities, a community room with a full kitchen and computer lab, a playground, monthly resident services and is conveniently located within walking distance of schools.
Ranges from $315-$1,005 per month depending on unit size and AMI designation. If a tenant receives a Section 8 voucher, rent is based on income. Section 8 vouchers are accepted and welcome.
