The head of household must earn a minimum of $5,752.50 from agriculturally based employment and must have eligible immigration status. Annual household income must be at or below 30%, 45% or 50% of Area Median Income, depending on unit designation. A credit check will be performed at the time of application.
The amenities include a community room with a full kitchen and computer lab, an on-site laundry facility, a basketball court, picnic tables, an outdoor play structure, monthly resident services, and on-site parking
Rent is based on a percentage of adjusted gross income as they are subsidized by USDA.

All apartments located on the second floor or that are two stories have stairs. Assigned resident parking is available around the complex.
