East of Eaton Apartments is a 76-unit complex made up of 1-, 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom apartments. These spacious apartments offer plenty of storage space for residents, and they have washer/dryer hookups.

Monthly income must be equal to or greater than two times the monthly rent amount. A credit check will be performed at the time of application.

Eligible households will need to be income verified. Section 8 vouchers are accepted.

Amenities for this apartment community include a basketball court, two playground areas, a community room with a kitchen and computer lab, and a shared laundry room. Along with these shared community amenities, these spacious units have ample storage, garbage disposals, and washer/dryer hookups. 

Rent ranges from $340 - $816 per month depending on unit size and AMI designation. If a tenant receives a Section 8 voucher, rent is based on income. Section 8 vouchers are accepted and welcome.

This 76-unit complex is made up of 1-, 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom apartments. Stairs connect the first and second floors. Some accessible apartments are available for those with mobility, hearing, or visual impairment. Resident parking is available throughout the apartment complex.
