CHIP Seeks Finished Residential Lots
Community Housing Improvement Program is interested in purchasing residential finished lots in our service area* for our Self-Help Housing Program. If you have lots to sell or wqould like to donate property, please contact us.
Here's what we're looking for:
- Seven or more residential lots in a subdivision with all the necessary improvements in place
- Recorded final map
- Residential lots ready for issuance of building permits by local government

(Sorry, individual and scattered site residential lots are not an option for our program.)
*Lots must be within the rural areas of Butte, Colusa, Glenn, Shasta, Sutter, Tehama and Yuba Counties.

CHIP is a private, non-profit corporation providing quality affordable self-help housing, rental apartment communities and housing-related services to seven Northern California counties. The organization has built more than 2,000 housing units in the North Valley since 1973.
