Orland Families To Celebrate the Holidays in New Homes

Nine Orland families are starting off their holidays with one of the best presents you can imagine, a brand new home.

This is all part of the CHIP program, the Community Housing Improvement Program.

It’s a self-help initiative where these families have put in at least 30 hours a week for the past year to build the homes themselves. VIDEO
