Turning Point Commons Apartments is a 61-unit complex made up of 1-, 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom apartments., located on a large parcel with lots of trees and grass areas.
Applicants must meet the Income Limit Requirements of either 50% or 80% of AMI. Some 50% AMI units have project-based Section 8 vouchers so rents are subsidized. For other units, Tenant-Based Section 8 vouchers are accepted and welcome. There are also some market rate units at the property with no income limits. A credit check will be performed at the time of application.
There is a resident garden, outdoor playground, picnic tables, onsite laundry facility, and a community room, and it’s conveniently located within walking distance to schools and bus stops.
Rent is depending on unit size and AMI designation. If a tenant receives a Section 8 voucher, rent is based on income. We welcome Section 8 Vouchers.
This 61-unit rental housing development is made up of 1-, 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom apartments. There are stairs to grant access to the second-floor apartments and there is resident parking around the complex. There are some units available for those with mobility impairments.
